Knollwood tennis courtS renovation

Following the 2013 flood, the Knollwood Tennis Courts were covered with over 3 feet of debris.  Michael Lamb, as the Project Manager and Construction Manager for the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation, led the design team and construction of the new tennis courts.  It was a FEMA project.

The project includes:

Raising the courts over 3 feet.

Restoration of entire site including the courts and landscaping

Addition of ADA access to the courts

New storm drainage system

Mitigation of adjacent creek

New court and fencing

New retaining wall next to neighboring property
