Jefferson County Courthouse

As a Principal / Owner at SB & Associates in Seattle WA,  Michael Lamb prepared a comprehensive master plan, designs and construction plans for this historic 1890’s courthouse building and companion perimeter stonewall.   

Master Plan, Design and Construction goals included:

Long term protection, rehabilitation and maintenance of courthouse heritage resources, a historic building, perimeter site walls, and access ways.

Highlight historic qualities and views to Puget Sound.

Provide flexible space suitable for quiet reflection as well as large civic gatherings and events.

Create distinct and accessible entries.

Rehabilitate site infrastructure including drainage, electrical, water service, and parking.

Durable, sustainable and maintenance-friendly site and grounds improvements.
