Over 40 years Michael and Michele have been passionate about working together for the community and are dedicated to bettering the world. We are volunteering and working with schools, cities, counties, churches, Boy Scouts, women organizations, and youth groups.
Michael Lamb is a registered landscape architect with over 35 years of experience spanning many facets of landscape architecture from preliminary site analysis, design development, preparation of cost estimates, and construction drawings through construction phase services. As a designer, he seeks to integrate art, science and environmental understanding into the everyday elements that comprise traditional landscapes. He has participated on several large multidisciplinary teams as manager of design, environmental assessment and mitigation in addition to providing design planning services for a range of jurisdictions and medium and small-scale parks, private properties and treasured historic assets.

Michele is the office manager for Michael's landscape design business and also his massage practice. She graduated in 1983 from Utah State University with a B.S. in History with a minor in Information Systems. Michele worked in the Dean of Engineering's at USU while Michael completed his Landscape Architecture degree. After Michael's graduation in 1985, they moved to Dallas, TX where Michele worked for the Meadows Foundation as an Administrative Assistant. After a couple of years, Michael and Michele moved to Seattle, WA so Michele could attend the University of Washington School of Law. After obtaining her J.D. in 1990, Michele practiced law for a few years until their daughter was born in 1993. Michele became a full-time stay at home mom and their son was born in 1995. Once the kids were both in school Michele was able to turn her volunteer school work into paid employment in the Seattle School District. During the great recession, Michael took a position with the city of Boulder and they moved to Longmont in 2009. Michele worked as the Office Manager for a new family-owned roofing company for a couple of years before taking a job also with the city of Boulder. Michele joined the Regulatory Licensing Division working on liquor licenses and medical and recreational marijuana licenses. After three years, she took a hiatus from paid work to serve as the president of a local woman's service organization and also as a member of their HOA board. In 2017 Michele started working at the University of Colorado Boulder as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Parking Services where she plans to keep working until she is able to retire and be a full-time grandma.
