City of Boulder Parks and Recreation - Office Renovation

Michael Lamb was the Project Manager and Construction Manager for the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation.  Michael was tasked to managed to realign, relocate and move individual offices to team groups, and oversee the remodel construction the Parks and Recreation department offices.  Michael and his construction lead designed, layout, construct the layout and furnishings for the interior.

The realignment includes:

Rearrange the entire staff offices locations (35 offices)

Redesign the upstairs layout

Design the central floor layout and common area

Add two new conference rooms

New interior design 

New LED lighting

Design new layout tables and plan storage flat files
