Boulder Reservior ANS Building

Michael Lamb, City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Project and Construction Manager, took over the construction phase of the Boulder Reservoir Entry.  During the construction phase, city staff requested a permanent building instead of a tarp canopy for the ANS (Aquatic Nuisance Species) building for boat inspections.  Michael designed a "building" and then worked with Tuff Shed Company to build a custom shed that met staff needs and matched the new entry gate buildings.  By value engineering the ANS building the City saved over 90% of the cost for an architectural building.
